The shark is a mechanical prop.

- Monday, February 14, 2005 at 16:36:08 (EST)
WHY IS CHICKEN RUN ON THE LIST?!?!?! Claymation was original with Nightmare Before Christmas, so why is it on the list? It was complete crap!!! Lion Kind deserves to be over Bambi to, it is THE greatest animated movie ever!

- Sunday, February 13, 2005 at 02:06:06 (EST)
Wait ... 'Lion King II' over 'Dumbo'?! Also, I'd also venture to say 'Babe: Pig in the City' is superior to its predecessor in every conceivable way.
Nice call on 'The Edge', though -- one of the most underrated movies of the '90s, in my book.

tom

Blaine: "Dinosaur, and Made-For-TV movies are not included."
Gotta read the top man.
Troy
- Monday, February 07, 2005 at 23:26:35 (EST)
Jurassic Park is one of the best movies with, um, animals... yeah. I guess dinosaurs count. Also, if they do, you might want to consider the Land Before Time as one of the best animated...
Blaine
- Monday, February 07, 2005 at 18:33:23 (EST)
Most of the "worth mentioning" list is mostly based on the animal and not the quality of the movie. I think Bart deserves to be at number one even if the movie (the Edge) might be thought of as one of the worst movies.
Thanks for everyone's words of support and encouragement for this new list. Check back as I am sure there will be changes.

like the worst film list, this list sucks. Jungle Book in 80th place? thats a joke. it doesnt even make the top 10 animated animal films. stick to making music lists. your all much better at that
